Invite a secretary — self-setup
She opens the link on her work computer, chooses her own username and password (you never see them), and downloads the Windows app. Each link works once and expires in 7 days.

Reset password gives her a brand-new password you send yourself. Send reset link lets her choose a new one herself. You can never see her current password.
Add a secretary by hand (old way)
A password is generated for each secretary. Send it to them yourself (text/WhatsApp) — Clockwall never shares logins between workers, and each secretary only ever sees their own clock page.
